Rule 227
Secret Meeting of the Assembly

(1) If the Prime Minister requests that any matter related to national security and national crisis be discussed in a secret meeting, and if such a request is deemed appropriate by the Speaker, he may decide to discuss that matter in a secret meeting. They will not be allowed to sit in the room. However, this provision will not apply to the members of the House of Representatives and the persons permitted by the chairman. (3) The chairman may keep and publish the record of the summary of proceedings or decisions of the secret meeting. No person other than the chairman or a person authorized by him shall keep any record of the proceedings of the secret meeting or tell or publicize anything of such meeting to anyone. (4) The conduct of the secret meeting shall be as determined by the chairman. If it is not necessary, with the permission of the chairman, the prime minister or any member authorized by him may present a proposal to the meeting not to keep the proceedings of the secret meeting secret. (6) If the proposal according to sub-rule (5) is approved by the meeting, the secretary will prepare the details of the proceedings and decisions of the secret meeting and publish them as directed by the chairman. .
